Bermuda Credit Association Ltd. (“BCA”) is concerned about the privacy of visitors to the www.bca.bm website (the “Website”) and the confidentiality of their information shared with BCA through the Website.  BCA will use reasonable efforts to ensure that the information you provide remains private, and is used only for the purposes stated below.

Except as described above, it is BCA’s general policy not to share any of the information collected on the Website with any third parties without User’s consent.  Notwithstanding the foregoing, BCA will divulge any information collected from Users on the Website if required to do so by law.  In addition, in the event that BCA’s assets are assigned, User’s information will be one of the transferred assets.
